1998 Collectible Concepts Doll Sandy USPS

This is a wonderful collectible porcelain doll from Collectible Concepts.  The doll is the 1998 Sandy Post Office Porcelain Doll by Linda Steele. It features a boy with a light complexion, blonde, straight hairstyle, and brown eyes. The porcelain doll is in excellent condition.
