Vintage Empire Top Hat White Milk Glass

A great milk glass top hat from Empire.  It measures about 4 1/2" wide and 3" tall. There is a small black spot inside the hat that appears to be a manufacturer's defect.  Please see picture #7.  It is in excellent vintage used condition otherwise.  Please see the pictures as they are part of the description.
